Can I get a free Shiny Pokemon with my purchase?
Yes, you may get ONE Free Pokemon PER order of $15 or more! This excludes any Legendary Pokemon and no customizations are allowed for the free Pokemon. Make sure to write the name of the 1 Free Shiny Pokemon + Level in the "Additional Notes" field on checkout!
For Example: "Free Pokemon - Shiny Fuecoco Level 30"
Which Pokemon can I not redeem as my free pokemon?
You may not redeem any Legendaries as your free pokemon!
Will these Pokemon get me banned?
We have been in business for 2 years with no reports of any bans due to our Pokemon. Please check out our reviews on TrustPilot!
Does this work for Pokémon Go?
No, unfortunately our site only offers Pokémon for Nintendo Switch Games such as Legends Arceus, BDSP, Sword & Shield and the upcoming Scarlet & Violet.
Are they safe to be used in Pokémon Home?
Yes, all our Pokémon are safe to be transferred in Pokémon Home! We have had no complaints with Home transfers.
Can we choose what moves our Pokemon has?
Unfortunately we do not offer this service on our site. Every game has forgotten moves or move modifiers that you can use to relearn specific moves or you can purchase any move TMs for use in Scarlet Violet.
Can I sell Pokémon or trade my existing Pokémon for a different one with you?
No, we are a shop and have all Pokémon in stock always thanks to our round-the-clock staff members who play on a daily basis!
Do I need a Nintendo Online Subscription to order? What about local trade?
Yes, you need a paid nintendo online subscription in order to receive any orders from Shiny24. Local Trades only work if you are physically next to someone.
Do you guys offer touch trade services?
Unfortunately due to the amount of orders we get and the amount of time it takes to trade a Pokémon, we do not offer "touch trade" services.
